Returns & Refunds

Due to the sacred nature of our temple-blessed bracelets, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each bracelet carries unique spiritual energy from its blessing ritual. Please carefully review sizing, style, and personal needs before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service team.


Order Processing

Processing Time: Since we source and bless each bracelet according to your orders, it typically takes 5-7 business days to process.
Wait Time Notice: If you cannot accept this waiting period, please do not place an order. For orders exceeding 7 business days of processing time, we will include a small gift as a token of appreciation.


Shipping

General

International Shipping: After processing, international delivery takes 5-15 business days (depending on the destination).
Shipping Fee: The shipping cost is already included in the listed price, no extra shipping cost will be charged.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor delivery status.
Notice: Mail may be transported by ground, air, or a combination of both. Customers are entirely responsible for all designated import duties, customs, and local taxes by their country and region.


If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to the sender, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund. If you're still unsure of whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


Misdelivered Packages and PO Boxes

Our company is dedicated to ensuring reliable and timely shipping for our customers. However, we'd like to highlight that we are not responsible for misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect addresses or those sent to PO Boxes.

We urge customers to provide accurate and complete shipping details when placing orders. If an incorrect address results in a delayed or misdelivered package, we cannot be held liable for any related losses or damages.

For international shipments, we aim to use reliable carriers for proper delivery. If a package is returned as "Return to Sender" because it couldn't be delivered, we are not liable for any losses or damages. Customers will need to cover any additional shipping costs for resending the package.


Lost Packages

To provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience, we have a comprehensive shipping policy to ensure timely and efficient product delivery. While we partner with reliable carriers, there are instances when packages may be lost in transit. If the carrier confirms your package is lost, you can request a full replacement of your order.


To request a replacement, please contact our customer support team at mittydaydream@gmail.com with your order number and details about the lost package. We'll work with the carrier to verify the loss and arrange a replacement shipment for you. Note that we're not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery to the provided address. We strongly recommend customers choose a secure shipping location to avoid such issues.
